Shipping Policy

We offer Free Shipping within the USA for orders above $200.

Shipping & Handling fees are calculated by weight, based on actual shipping fees. Customers may choose to have their packages shipped via the following options:

Within the United States:
US Postal Service Priority Mail

International Destinations:
US Postal Service Priority Mail International (with tracking but no insurance)
US Postal Service Express Mail International (with tracking and insurance)

Expect packages to be shipped on weekdays within 24 hours after order confirmation. Orders received on Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. There is no shipping on postal holidays. Orders containing a backordered item cannot be shipped immediately.

All packages are equipped with Tracking Numbers, which are sent in email to each customer as soon as the package is shipped. We are not liable for lost packages. If you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office immediately, using the tracking numbers we provide you to facilitate locating your package. We are not responsible for packages unclaimed by customers. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping returned packages.

International shipments will be subject to tax by the destination country. Once the package is received through Customs, we cannot be liable for whether a package is approved or denied access, nor the amount of tax, and time it takes for Customs to process packages.
