Jay's Story
The Hulda Clark Zapper is a big part of Jay’s family story. It bridges four generations, starting with his grandfather who taught him electronics, his father who introduced him to the work of Hulda Clark, and continuing the legacy to his child who has been zapping from early childhood. Thank you, Hulda Clark, for bringing us all together. 💖

Springtime Fiddleheads
Fiddleheads are young fronds of the ostrich fern. They are wild foraged only in the spring in Maine, the rest of Northern New England, and Canada. We boil them to remove tannins, add butter and seasoning, then zappicate for 12 minutes before serving. Do you have fiddleheads growing in your area? How do you cook them?
